Introduction
The proposal covers several suggested steps to improve the overall IT within Jigsaw covering Websites, Cloud Data Storage, Email and Telephony.
Websites
As discussed with Claire, redesign of the current websites to bring them up to date with current techical requirements and general user experience, providing a mobile optimised interface and improved customer registration process.
The platform we use for building websites is Odoo. Odoo is a complete business management solution, providing the option to add additional functions in future if required.
Email and Cloud Storage
We would recommend a move from Yahoo email to a business email solution which also includes cloud storage. We would recommend Microsoft 365 Exchange Online for email, and Microsoft SharePoint Online for cloud storage. As part of the process of moving to a new email system we would migrate all existing email account data into the new service, and provision shared cloud storage to be accessed from all computers and used as the standard location to save company data (documents etc). We would recommend continuing to use the existing business domain names for both Curzon House and Ash Tree Farm. We handle all aspects of migrating to a new system, including liaison with existing providers to ensure the process is seamless to the customer.
Telephony
We would recommend provision of a hosted VoIP telephone system for both sites prior to the planned switch off of analogue phone lines during the remainder of 2026.
The Operations Hub provide a VoIP solution using a system called 3CX, which we fully support and manage for our clients. As part of the move to a digital phone system we will require the existing phone number to be ported from the existing provider to a new SIP trunk service (digital phone line). Our partner for SIP trunks is Zen Internet based in Rochdale, whom we have partnered with for over 15 years.

One-off Costs:

Optional Ongoing Services:
IT/Telephony Support - £350 per location per month plus VAT.
Odoo Managed Service (for ongoing website related work, plus any additional utilisation of Odoo apps: £150 per month plus VAT.
