As fantastic as Odoo is, as experienced partners we firmly believe that to really leverage the system to full capacity there are a number of must haves. Our own experience of using Odoo along with our clients is that a move to Odoo is a journey. This is due in part to the vast capability of the platform, but also the operational impact of implementing an ERP system which can be a significant time and financial investment. We want to ensure that all of our managed service customers have access to the very best of Odoo, including ongoing enhancements provided both directly by Odoo, and from ourselves as an Odoo partner. We have developed our services specifically with this in mind. 


Implementation Flexibility

Our mission in simple terms is to spread the love for Odoo. We are evangelical about it, it's changed our world as both users and partners. We see the same impact for our customers. Keeping with the theme of truly leveraging Odoo, working with a qualified and experienced partner is, in our opinion essential. We have developed a number of core apps that extend the functionality of standard Odoo Apps. These "Hub" apps have been created collaboratively with our clients, to enhance functionality and improve flows within Accounting, MRP, Project, Helpdesk, Repairs, Portal and more. Managed service customers benefit from access to all of these apps, as well as continued updates as new functionality is added. This is a key part of what we do as Odoo partners, with significant time invested in collecting feedback, planning and implementing ongoing developments.

AI

Leveraging AI capabilities is changing all of our worlds, or at least it should be. The AI capabilities within Odoo are feature rich, and provide opportunities for enhanced productivity operationally, as well as for your customers. We work with our managed service customers to develop an AI solution within Odoo to benefit from this ongoing changing landscape.


Development

Our in house development team build Odoo solutions continually, both for specific customer or industry requirements and also as part of our committment to enhancing the Odoo experience for all. Development time is included for all managed service customers,


Roadmap

We believe having a clear strategic plan is essential when implementing an ERP system. Working with our clients we develop a roadmap for your Odoo journey, identifying priority areas and building an implementation schedule to deliver the operational benefits. This is an ongoing process, continually reviewed in conjunction with your dedicated technical account manager as the journey progresses.


Upgrades

Odoo typically release a major version upgrade annually with incremental updates throughout the year. These upgrades are packed with features and new modules, access to which we consider essential for our clients using Odoo. We handle the upgrade process completely, which requires extensive planning, testing and implementation.


IAP (In App Purchases)

All managed service customers benefit from the ongoing provision of in app addons. The most commonly used addons are document digisition credits (an essential when it comes to accounting processing), partner and lead enrichment credits, plausible website analytics, and OpenAI or Google Gemini API calls Odoo AI,


Integrations

Working accross many SaaS systems we have a great deal of experience in integrating Odoo with other systems. Whether this is to aid a migration to Odoo during the project delivery phase, or an ongoing requirement we include access to all of our pre built solutions for Managed Service customers.
