Introduction
The proposal relates to the implementation of Odoo ERP for PT Ethos Eco CAMI and is presented following a demonstration given to Ben and Jose. Detailed explanations of the current business processes have been provided by Ben along with the anticipated module requirements within Odoo. The implementation covers the functional build of the following core Odoo modules: Accounting, Inventory, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Project, Purchase Quality and Website. The functional build provides for the creation of business workflows within the environment utilising the core modules either out of the box, or with minimal customisation which typically allows for changes to layout, addition or removal of fields, and adaptation of stages within the relevant module.
In addition to the functional build it is anticipated that there will be a need for some development work in order to deliver the required mobile interface, external API connections and the Vaulting and Security Tracking Flow. This has not been allowed for within the scope of this proposal as it will require a detailed technical specification to be produced in order to gain accurate costs for the required development work.
The Operations Hub would provide an end to end project to deliver these requirements. This proposal also includes the provision of 1st line support for complete Odoo environment for the period of 12 months from project completion.
Website to Odoo
I would recommend recreating the current website within Odoo in order to leverage the full capacity of the system, in particular due to the dependency of other modules to present certain views externally via the website module. Additionally it provides the immediate benefit of leveraging the features around marketing, customer engagement and management information relating to website interaction which is very insightful with realtime views of website traffic, link tracking and much more.
Accounting
Creation of Accounting workflow based on Indonesian fiscal localisation, allowing for transactions in both IDR and GBP. Configuration of analytic accounting to allow allocation of both sales and costs for relevant activities to be posted into relevant accounts. Analytic accounting draws in data from all modules within Odoo with a fiscal aspect, Sales, Purchase, Project, Time Recording, Products, Manufacturing, Inventory.
Creation of the chart of accounts.
Creation of required templates for all Accounting activities such as Invoices, Statements, Reminders, Emails.
Inventory
Creation of the inventory workflow, specifically to track input materials (ore, mats, tools) and outputs (concentrate, tailings, refined metals).
Creation of products with associated link to the manufacturing process, raw material purchase, resource costs, by-product creation and sales.
Creation of Inventory locations.
Maintenance
Configuration of equipment and associated maintenance schedules to track and maintain the health of production equipment.
Manufacturing (MRP)
Creation of the manufacturing workflow process as provided.
Creation of quality control points at required stages within the manufacturing process (quality module required).
Project
Creation of project workflow to allow for management and tracking of projects, related product or material usage, associated sales and costs. This data will link directly to the relevant analytic account to provide oversight of all related fiscal activity.
Quality
Configuration of quality control requirements in line with the manufacturing process.
Studio
Whilst there is no specific configuration required for the studio module, this will be used extensively to allow customisation of required modules.
Technical
In addition to the functional build of the Odoo modules, we will need to carry out the relevant DNS changes to the ethos-eco.com domain name to point the website away from Wix to Odoo. This allows all relevant Odoo modules to be accessed via the domain name, and provides a consistent interface throughout the system.
Summary
This proposal has been based primarily on the process flows provided by Ben however it is anticipated that additional modules will be utilised as and when required. We would carry out the required work to implement these as and when required within the scope of the support we provide.
