The Operations Hub are proud to announce the phase one completion of an Odoo implementation product for LANX Shoes, the Ribble Valley based ecommerce business with a very genuine identity and a selection of absolutely fantastic shoes which I can personally testify to!
Over many years I have worked with hundreds of businesses across varied sectors and locations, but I have never worked with a company quite like LANX. From the first engagement it was clear that the team were cohesive, highly motivated and very driven by the experience their customer receives.
Project Scope
Design and implementation of an Odoo V19 Environment for LANX Shoes to facilitate the in house Repairs function.
The solution needed to allow for the routing of specific repairs to dedicated teams within the business based on set parameters, as well as automated triggers to Shopify throughout the repair journey and finally to Ship Theory for the automated creation of shipping labels and tracking information, provided back to the customer.
Odoo Inventory was implemented to manage allocation of component parts used during the repair process, introducing a streamlined process for managing stock levels, demand and purchasing.
Integrations
A custom integration was built for Odoo-Shopify and Odoo-Ship Theory using REST api.
What's Next...
We look forward to supporting LANX as we move on to additional phases of the Odoo journey, with the next planned phase to deliver a manufacturing solution to start imminently.
